Funny thing is, even though we Singaporeans have grown up in this hot tropical climate since young, we just can't seem to get use to it. Forgo that coffee or milo for once, and give this healthier and fuss-free alternative a try! It might also help to cool you down and make you more refreshed for the long day ahead.

They are naturally low in fat and calories and provide many essential nutrients and vitamins such as vitamin C and dietary fiber that are needed for our daily healthy consumption.
