#2 Strawberry – Kiwi Mint

Strawberries and kiwis are other healthy alternatives for a vitamin C-packed drink. But since it takes about four cups of strawberries to make one cup of juice, you may want to blend these fruits into a smoothie rather than a juice. Just add in yogurt or non-dairy substitute to create a smoothie!
Yogurt is a good source of magnesium and probiotics. Probiotics may help cells maintain an antimicrobial barrier.

#3 Kale Spinach Lettuce Apple Green Juice
A vegetable-based green juice is a powerhouse of nutrients for a strong immune system. Not only so it contains less sugar, fewer calories than fruit juice and extra fibre! So, for those of you who are watching your calories below recipe may suits you better.
This green juice has approximately 156 calories, 20 grams of sugar (16 grams from the apple alone), 212% DV vitamin A, 202% DV vitamin C, 19% DV calcium, and 13% DV iron.
Servings 1 cup
- 2medium stalks celery
- 4romaine heart leaves or 2 outer leaves
- 2kale leaves
- 1cup spinach
- 1medium green apple
- 1/2medium cucumber
- 1/2lemon rind and pith removed
- 1slice ginger the size of a quarter
- Feed ingredients into juicer and juice

While raspberries and ginger work together to expel phlegm, flush out toxins, boost the immune system and relieve headaches.
#2 Raspberries, Cucumber and Mint
Serves: 3 servings
- ¼ cup mint, stems removed
- ½ cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 lime; ½ (1.5 Tbsp) squeezed, ½ sliced, (to add to drink)
- ½ cup raspberries,
- 24 ounces water (or seltzer)
- Add water or seltzer to a large pitcher. Add mint, sliced cucumbers, lime juice, lime slices, and raspberries to pitcher. Chill beverage by mixing in ice and let sit overnight to allow flavors to meld together and strengthen.
