40" Jumbo Number 8 Cat Shape Balloon. This number-shaped balloon comes with a self-sealing hole. Sold in "uninflated" condition only. You can fill these self-sealing balloons with normal air using a hand pump and attach them to walls as a backdrop or fill them with helium gas for floating.
